People Love Tier Lists?

Hey guys what's up it's friendly face Craig Sebastion the third here.

Just kidding it's Katie's secret admirer back again with a tier list of every hero in the bob's tavern at patch 19.2.1

This tier list is purely OBJECTIVE and to be taken as fact. This is because this is:
50% my opinion
50% FACT

This is the tier list but below will be AN in depth look at each hero indivdually. aka I will comment on why
